乌梅丸治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效观察及对血清IL-4和IL-8水平的影响

Effect of Wumei Pill on treatment of ulcerative colitis and serum IL-4 and IL-8 levels

目的:观察乌梅丸对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床疗效以及对血清白介素-4(IL-4)和白介素-8(IL-8)水平的影响。方法:将2011年1月～2012年12月本院消化科收治的122例患者按半随机法分为两组,对照组60例采用巴柳氮钠口服治疗,观察组62例加用乌梅丸加减治疗。结果:观察组和对照组治愈率分别为79.03%、36.67%,总有效率分别为95.16%、78.34%,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后IL-4、双歧杆菌和乳酸菌均升高,IL-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和大肠杆菌均降低,与本组治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乌梅丸加减联合西药可明显改善UC患者的临床症状,升高IL-4、双歧杆菌和乳酸菌,降低IL-8、TNF-α和大肠杆菌,临床疗效优于单纯使用西药。

Objective：To observe the effects of Wumei Pill on ulcerative colitis and serum IL-4and IL-8levels.Methods：A total of 122cases of ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into 2groups.Sixty patients in control group had balsalazide sodium oral therapy,and 62patients in observation group had Wumei Pill treatment.Results：Cure rates were 79.03%vs.36.67%,the total effective rate were 95.16% vs.78.34%,and the differences were statistically significant between two groups（P0.05）.IL-4, bifidobacteria and lactobacilli were significantly increased in two groups after treatment,IL-8,TNF-αand Escherichia coli were significantly decreased（P0.01）;the differences between groups were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Wumei Pill combined with western medicine can alleviate clinical symptoms of patients,elevate UC,IL-4,bifidobacteria and lactic acid bacteria,reduce IL-8,TNF-αand Escherichia coli.The clinical curative effect is better than single western medicine.
