老年转子间骨折患者术后早期功能训练的效果分析

Effect of early postoperative functional training on elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures

目的:研究老年转子间骨折患者术后早期功能训练的效果。方法:将2010年1月～2012年12月期间我院骨科收治的130例老年转子间骨折患者纳入研究,给予微侵袭锁定接骨板技术进行内固定手术治疗,并随机分为两组,观察组给予术后早期功能训练,对照组给予常规功能锻炼,观察两组近期恢复情况、远期髋关节功能和活动能力。结果:(1)两组患者术后引流量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者术后下床活动时间短于对照组,发生压疮、肺炎、泌尿系感染的例数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)术后3个月、半年以及1年时,观察组患者的Harris评分、Barthel指数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:术后早期进行功能训练有助于促进术后恢复,减少并发症的发生,改善髋关节功能,且不会增加术后的创伤。

Objective：To study the effect of early postoperative functional training on elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures.Methods：A total of 130elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures in our hospital from January 2010-December 2012were enrolled and given minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis internal fixation operation.Then they were randomly divided into observation group given early postoperative functional training and control group given conventional training,recent recovery condition,long-term hip joint function and activity capacity were observed.Results：（1）There were no difference in postoperative drainage between two group（P0.05）;postoperative ambulation time was shorter in observation group;incidence of pressure ulcer,pneumonia,urinary tract infection of observation group were lower than those of control group（P0.05）;（2）Three,six months and one year after operation, Harris score and Barthel index of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Early postoperative functional training can improve the postoperative recovery, reduce complications,improve hip joint function and could not increase postoperative trauma.
