摘要
目前中国许多高校并没有把教师专业发展放在应有的重要地位,对教师在职业生涯中各种阶段可能遇到的专业困境、家庭问题或身心问题,大都认为是教师个人的事情。教师专业发展变成教师个人行为,因而许多教师只出于自身的需要寻求发展。这不仅带有随意性,也使高校教师专业发展的整体效果不够理想。实际上,高校教师专业发展除了教师通过自己的努力自主谋求发展外,还需要政府和学校提供规范的引导和制度保障。
Nowadays, teachers' professional development fails to be a focus issue in many universities. Their problems related to career, family,physical and psychological heaith are usually regalded as personal concerns. Professional development has become teachers' personal matter, the arhitrariness of which brings about poor results for professional development in universities. Better results of teachers' professional development not only depend upon their personal need, but also require local governments and universities to provide formal direction and systern guarantee.
