以含硫丹POPs废物为研究对象,对废物中硫丹进行了浸出实验,针对实验室条件下影响硫丹浸出的主要因素(浸提剂初始pH,粒径,液固比,浸出时间)进行研究。分别用超声萃取法和液液萃取法提取样品和浸出液中的硫丹,并用Gc对α-硫丹,β-硫丹的浓度进行定量检测。结果表明,废物中硫丹的浸出是一个快速的溶出过程,废物中硫丹的组分浓度较高,α-硫丹的含量为0.11g/g,β-硫丹含量为0.023g/g,浸出率为0.01%-0.49%。在实验设计范围内,硫丹的浸出量随浸提时间的延长,液固比的增大而增加;粒径对其影响不明显;在弱酸条件高于强酸条件。
Leaching characters of endosulfan from POPs wastes was researched in laboratory. The main factors.including initial pH of extracting agent, particle size, liquid to solid ratio and leaching time were considered. Samples and the leachate were extracted by ultrasonic extraction method and liquid-liquid extraction method, and the concentration of a-endosulfan and β-endosulfan were detected quantitatively by GC. The results showed that the leaching of wastes was a fast dissolution process, and the concentrations of the waste was higher. The content of α-endosulfan and β-endosulfan is 0.11 gig and 0.023 g/g respectively. Moreover, the leaching rate was 0.01%-0.49%. In addition, there were positive correlation between the leaching content of endosulfan and leaching time and liquid to solid ratio within the scope of the experimental design. Particle size also had no significant on the leaching content, and the leaching content had more in weak acidic condition than strong acidic condition.
