摘要
为了解成都地区土壤中短链氯化石蜡(SCCPs)的污染现状和分布特征,该研究采用气相色谱一电子捕获负化学离子源一低分辨质谱仪(GC-ECNI-LRMS)测定了成都46个表层土样和5个剖面土样中SCCPs的含量水平,并分析其同族体组分的分布模式。结果表明,成都表层土样中SCCPs的含量范围为0.22-3.26ng/g,均值为1.40ng/g;剖面土样中SCCPs的含量范围为0.42—2.29ng/g,均值为0.77ng/g;不同类型土壤中SCCPs的各同系物的分布模式有所异同,氯原子的同系物以低氯取代的(Cl6-Cla)的SCCPs为主,碳原子的同系物在不同类型土壤中C10、C11、C12和C13-SCCPs的分布则有很大不同。土壤中SCCPs的浓度位于已有研究数据的较低端水平,且和有机质含量不存在线性相关。
In order to understand the pollution status and distribution characteristics of short-chain chlorinated paraffins (SCCPs) in soils of Chengdu, the concentration levels and distribution patterns of SCCPs in 46 topsoil samples and 5 soil profiles samples from Chengdu were investigated and analyzed by using gas chromatography/electron capture negative chemical ionization-low resolution mass spectrometry (CJC-ECNI-LRMS). It was found that concentrations of total SCCPs in all topsoil samples were in the range of 0.22-326 ng/g(dry weight, dw), with a mean value of 1.40 ng/g(dw); and SCCPs in soil profdes were ranging from 0.42 to 2.29 ng/g, with an average of 0.77 ng/g dw. SCCPs in different types of soil samples showed similarities and differences in congener distribution patterns, lower chlorinated (Cl6-Cl8)-SCCPs were identified as the dominant chlorine congener groups, and C10, C11, C12, C13-SCCPs had a big difference in the carbon congener groups. The concentration of SCCPs is at a relatively low level compared with the reported data, and with no linear correlation with the organic matter contents of the samples.
