HCl气体对污泥热解产物性质影响的试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 为研究污泥热解中同步提升热解产气品质和制取低重金属含量半焦吸附剂,文章分别在800℃和900℃下进行干化后污泥的快速热解实验,对比研究了通入HC(l0.1%体积分数)气体对热解气体产物组分、半焦中重金属含量及制取半焦吸附性能的影响。研究表明热解过程中通入HCl可在提高热解气组分中H2、CO含量的同时提高重金属去除率、降低热解半焦中重金属残余量,增大热解半焦比表面积、提高其吸附性能,但对于半焦吸附性能的影响程度要小于对热解产气及重金属残余量的影响。900℃通入HCl时H2和CO含量均最高分别达到35.01%和30.68%,同时半焦中重金属浓度最低,且同时具有最大比表面积、最高吸附性能,对Pb2+最大吸附量为19.2 mg/g。 For the research of synchronously producing high quality pyrolysis gas and low heavy metal containing char adsorbent, experiment of dried sludge's fast pyrolyzation was carded out at pyrolyzing temperature of 800 ℃ or 900 ℃ with or without HCl feeding (0.1%vol) to investigate the changes of components of the pyrolysis gas, heavy metal content and adsorbability of the char. Results showed that feeding HCl during pyrolyzing would help increase content of H2 and CO in the pyrolysis gas, reduce heavy metal residual in the char, and improve adsorbability of the char, but changes of the adsorbability was much smaller than the former two factors.The pyrolysis gas produced at 900 ℃ with HCl feeding attained the highest content of Hz and CO, 35.01% and 30.68% respectively, and the char produced under the same condition attained the lowest heavy metal content, the highest ratio surface area and the biggest adsorbability which has a maximum adsorption capacity value for Pb2+ of 19.2 mg/g.
