摘要
为了改善蒙脱土的界面极性和化学微环境,利用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)通过离子交换法对其进行了有机改性.考察了改性剂的加入量、反应时间、反应温度等对改性效果的影响,并用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、红外光谱仪(FT-IR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等对样品的结构和形貌进行表征,同时研究了改性蒙脱土对水体中苯酚的吸附性能.结果表明:CTAB进入到蒙脱土层间,蒙脱土的界面环境由亲水疏油型转变为亲油疏水型,对有机物表现出良好的吸附性.当改性剂的加入量为2.4g、反应温度为60℃、反应时间为1h时,制得的有机蒙脱土对50mL、质量浓度为50mg·L-1的苯酚溶液的吸附率达到87.19%.
In order to improve the interface environment of montmorillonite ,organic montmo-rillonite(OMMT) was prepared through ion exchange method using cetyl trimethyl ammoni-um bromide(CTAB) .The structure and morphology of OMMT were characterized by XRD , FT-IR and SEM .At the same time ,the adsorption of OMMT on phenol was studied .The re-sults show that cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide was intercalated into the layers of mont-morillonite ,and montmorillonite transformed from hydrophilic to hydrophobicity .It show improved adsorption toward phenol .When the amount of modifier is 2 .4 g ,reaction temper-ature is 60 ℃ and reaction time is 1 h ,the adsorption rate of phenol by OMMT at 50 mL ,50 mg · L -1 initial concentration increases to 87 .19% .
