Comprehensive monitoring system of urban rail transit has developed for overt 10 years,which played an important role in the construction of urban rail transit,directly influenced the station administration,central electric power dispatching,central environment regulation,and scheduled maintenance in metro operation.So it is very important to build a good comprehensive monitoring system according to metro operation standards and enhance the operation management efficiency.In this paper,the key points in the project implementation process of ISCS are analyzed from several aspects,including the overall planning,design,biding and the implementation of contract,etc.
