摘要
在研究轨道车辆单轮对导向机理的基础上,采用非线性模型仿真了单轮对的自导向现象。采用线性数学模型推导了转向架的径向调节系数的解析式,提出了合理的转向架导向能力指标,建议用于曲线通过问题突出的地铁车辆。根据该指标揭示的量化关系,提出了优化转向架导向性设计的可能方向和目标值。
Based on a study of the mechanism of single wheelset,its guidance performance with a nonlinear model is simulated,the self-steering index is defined.Then based on the equation of a single bogie,the radial adjust index of a two-axle bogie is defined with the linear model.These two indexes are suggested to be used for the optimal design of rail vehicle bogies which will have better curving performances,and the target values are proposed for possible configurations and suspension parameters.
