摘要
为了研究超声波处理对羊毛纤维结构的影响,分别测试了处理前后羊毛纤维的碱溶解度、表面组成、结晶度以及处理液氨基酸构成。结果表明:超声波处理对纤维表面及内部结构均有一定的破坏作用,处理后羊毛纤维的损伤程度整体提高。FTIR测试表明,其表面鳞片层中的胱氨酸被进一步氧化成为磺基丙氨酸;XRD测试则显示,纤维结晶指数也有一定程度的降低;而处理液氨基酸分析则表明,超声波处理对纤维的细胞间质也有破坏作用,导致溶液中的高硫蛋白和高酪氨酸蛋白含量增加。
To study the influence of ultrasonic treatment on structure of wool fiber, alkali solubility, functional groups of wool surface, crystallinity and construction of after-treated solution were detailed analyzed. The results showed that ultrasonic treatment ceased some damage to wool fiber. FTIR analysis showed that the cysteine of cuticle layer loaded on wool surface was further oxidized to cysteic acid after the ultrasonic treatment. XRD analysis indicated that the crystal index of wool fiber decreased dramatically. Amino acids analysis of after-treated solution showed that the ultrasonic could also damage the cell membrane cortex, leading to the increase of high sulfur protein and high tyrosine protein content of the solution.
