高校书院制改革的实践探索——以肇庆学院为例

The Practice and Exploration of Academy System Reform of Institutions of Higher Learning ——Taking Zhaoqing University for Example

书院制改革是现代高校汲取古书院的教育精神,借鉴中外现代大学的办学经验,结合高校自身的办学理念所进行的育人新模式实践探索。这一新模式虽然得到了学生的肯定和赞扬,但由于改革尚未完善,运行过程中也存在着一些不足,书院对于学生自我管理、自我教育、自我发展的功能尚未得到充分的彰显。为此,书院制改革仍需不断探索,而实行书院学生自治则应是书院制改革的未来发展方向。

The academy system reform is a new mode of practice and exploration on education of institutions of higher learning by drawing lessons from the spirits of Chinese ancient academy and modern university education a- broad, combined with its own educational philosophy of university conduction. Although this new mode has been affirmed and praised by the students, there are some running deficiencies for not completion on reform. Self- man- agement, self - education and self - development capabilities of students have not yet been fully developed in acad- emy. To this end, the academy system reform still needs to explore constantly, and the implementation of self- government of students should be the future direction of the academy system reform.
