高校师资队伍是当今高校教育资源的重要组成部分,做好其人力资源队伍的建设是提高教育质量、实现一流大学梦的关键之举。哈佛大学为提高教育质量和办学效益,注重对教师队伍的培养、管理和监督,从而保证了教师的整体水平和力量。我国在建设世界一流大学、推进高校内涵式发展进程中,应着力建设高素质教师队伍:丰富大学教师的多元化与国际化构成;完善大学教师的薪资与福利制度;注重大学教师发展机构的建设;改进大学教师评价考核机制。

Teaching staff in universities play an important role in its educational resources, so doing a good job in staff construction is the key to improving the quality of universities＇ education and realizing the dream of world - class universities. In order to improve the education quality and efficiency, Harvard University focuses on the train- ing, management and supervision of teaching staff, thus ensuring the overall level and strength of teachers.
