摘要
近年来,在知识经济与博洛尼亚进程的推进下,芬兰对博士生教育进行了改革。芬兰博士生教育存在着一系列问题,比如学生学习年限过长,博士生项目不具有系统性,大学与研究机构及企业之间联系不紧密,学生缺乏学习和科研动力,国际化程度不高等。通过建立研究生院,在国家资格框架的指导下形成紧密的产学研合作网络,芬兰博士生教育改革解决了多方面问题,使芬兰博士生教育变得更系统有效。
Under the knowledge economy and Bologna progress, Finland reformed its doctoral education. A se- ries of problems exist in the doctoral education in Finland, for example, students protracted the academic years un- duly, the doctoral programs lacked systematic organization, the connection among universities, research institutions and industries was not close enough and the doctoral education of Finland was not highly internationalized. Through the lunch of graduate school and the development of the industry - university cooperation training mode, Finland ef- fectively solved many problems, making the doctoral education more systematic and highly -networked.
