Plant Germplasm Conservation In Vitro

植物种质资源是物种进化、遗传学研究及植物育种的物质基础 ,也是人类生存与持续发展的基本依存条件 .为此 ,国内外学者对植物种质保存的原理与技术进行了全面研究 .在简要概述常规种质保存的基础上 ,着重阐述了离体保存原理 ,全面综述了该项技术在植物种质保存中的主要方法、程序及保存效果评价等的最新研究进展 .

Plant germplasm is not only the material base of species evolution, genetic reserarch and plant breeding, but also the basic depending condition of human living and sustainable development. Therefore, many scholars at home and abroad had paid much attention to the fundamentals and technologies of plant germplasm conservation. A new technique termed conservation in vitro seems to be an alternative way for germplasm conservation. This paper mainly commented on the fundamentals, common methods, procedures of plant germplasm conservation in vitro and the judging ways of the material conserved based on reviewing common plant germplasm conservation.
