柑桔对黄龙病病原与病毒混合侵染的反应 被引量:1

摘要 已知在福建省柑桔产区发生的由嫁接传染的病害有黄龙病、衰退病、裂皮病和碎叶病。由于长期以来柑桔采用无性繁殖的结果 ,造成这几种病害多以两种或两种以上的混合侵染形式存在。对苗期进行混合接种的试验结果表明 ,病状表现的严重程度与柑桔对该病原的抗性程度有密切关系 ,感病的病状明显 ,抗病的病状不明显或不表现 ;但各组合接种株与其过氧化物酶同工酶的变化则表现出比较复杂的关系。福建省柑桔的主栽品种是芦柑、雪柑和福桔 ,它们对衰退病、裂皮病和碎叶病具有一定的抗性 ,所以这 3种病原的混合侵染对本砧的柑桔生产没有造成严重的危害。 There are citrus Huanglongbing,Tristeza,Exocortis and Tatter\|leaf of the graft\|trans\|missible diseases occurred in the citrus\|producing areas in Fujian.The citrus crop was usually infected by the complex\|pathogens of two or more diseases due to its asexual\|propagation for a long time The inoculation results showed that the symptom severity of citrus plants inoculated with unit\|or complex\|pathogens was closely related to its resistibility of citrus crop.But the change of peroxidase isoenzyme of citrus plants infected by unit\|or complex\|pathogens was in great diversity.The main varieties of citrus crop in Fujian were Ponkan,Fuji mandarin ( Citrus reticulata ) and Xuekan ( C.sinenses ) which possessed resistivity to Tristeza,Exocortis and Tatter\|leaf Therefore,Ponkan,Fuji mandarin and Xuekan grafted on self\|stock which were infected by Tristeza,Exocortis and Tatter\|leaf did not result in a great loss of production.
