中草药对仔猪早期断奶腹泻血液生化指标的影响

Effect of Chinese medical herbs on blood biochemical parameters of piglet early weaning diarrhea(PEWD)

仔猪早期断奶腹泻是目前养猪业比较棘手的一种疾病。试验采用中兽医的辨证施治方法 ,选用黄芪、党参、白术、茯苓、甘草等中草药组方作为饲料添加剂饲喂仔猪 ,结果表明 ,日粮中添加中草药的仔猪腹泻率比对照组下降 34个百分点 ,断奶后 14d增重比对照组提高 15.4 % ,试验组仔猪的血液生化指标中 ,RBC、WBC、TP、IGG和 GLU的水平也有不同程度的提高 ,由此证实了中草药对仔猪早期断奶腹泻的防治作用。

Presently,piglet early weaning diarrhea is a knotty disease in most pig farm.Traditional basic theories of Chinese veterinary medicine was used in curing PEWD.Chinese traditional herbal medicine were selected and used to form decoction for feed additive.The result showed that in contrast of control treatment, 2% decoction could control PEWD and reduce diarrhea rate by 34 percentage( P <0 01), the weight gain was enhanced by 15 4% during 14 days( P <0 05),Blood withdrawn from cranial vena cava of 5 piglets in each subgroup on 10th days after weaning was used to assay the blood and immunological indexes.RBC,WBC,TP,IGG and GLU rised and BUN declined significantly.
