摘要
采用盆栽水分胁迫 ,研究了耐旱特性不同的两个甘薯品种潮薯 1号 (耐旱 )和胜利百号(不耐旱 )的活性氧代谢变化。结果表明 ,水分胁迫条件下 ,甘薯叶片过氧化氢 ( H2 O2 )、超氧阴离子自由基 ( O-2 )等活性氧的积累和脂氧合酶 ( L OX)活性增加 ;清除活性氧的酶系统 ,包括超氧化物歧化酶 ( SOD)、过氧化氢酶 ( CAT)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶 ( ASP)活性有不同程度的下降 ;保护性物质还原性抗坏血酸 ( ASA)含量上升 ,还原性谷胱甘肽 ( GSH)含量先下降后上升 ;叶片膜脂过氧化水平加剧 ,丙二醛 ( MDA)含量增加 ,质膜透性增大 ;品种间变化趋势相同 ,但变化幅度表现出品种间差异。两品种间过氧化物酶 ( POD)活性没有共同的变化趋势。
Two sweet potato varieties with different responses to water stress condition,Chaoshu 1(drought tolerant) and Okinawa 100(drought sensitive),were used as experimental materials to study the metabolism of active oxygen in leaves of sweet potato under water stress.The results showed that the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD),catalase (CAT),and ascorbate peroxidase (ASP) decreased in both two varieties,the peroxidase (POD) increased at first,then decreased in Chaoshu 1,but decreased from beginning in Okinawa 100.The contents of ascorbic acid (ASA) increased,the contents of glutathione (GSH) increased after slightly decreased.The accumulation of hydrogen peroxide (H 2O 2) and superoxide anion radical (O - 2) increased the permeability and the lipid peroxidation of the plasma membrane and prompted the accumulation of malonadehyde (MDA).The variation degrees were different in two varieties.The relationship between metabolism of active oxygen and drought tolerance of varieties was discussed.
