摘要
用基因枪法对籼型杂交水稻恢复系“75 2”进行了bar基因的遗传转化 ,共获得可育的抗除草剂Basta的转基因株系 6个。PCR检测结果表明 ,抗性转基因植株表现为阳性 ,而非转化的对照表现为阴性 ,证明T0 代转基因水稻基因组中整合有bar基因。转基因植株的抗性能遗传至后代 ,在T1 代中观察到了抗。
The elite indica hybrid rice restoring line “752” was transformed with plasmid pCB1 containing herbicide resistant gene bar through particle bombardment.Biotic analysis by spraying herbicide Basta at seedling stage shows that there are 6 fertile resistant transgenic plants in all 207 regenerate plantlets.PCR analysis shows the transgenic plant expresses positive while the non-transgenic plant expresses negative,indicating gene bar has been integrated with the genome of resistant transgenic plants in T\-0 generation.The resistance of transgenic plants is inheritable.Segregation of resistance and sensitivity in T\-1 generation plants was observed.\;
