The Ethics Problems Consideration On Construction of The Chinese Science and Technology Think Tank

中国科技思想库为政府和企业提供政策和重大决策咨询,事关国计民生,对其伦理道德要求应极其重要。科技思想库的人员组成,学者们的道德原则、道德要求、道德监测和道德教育等需要给予关注;应在思想库之下设置一些专门的道德机构,监察学术的纯洁、维护学者的权益;最后,切实的制度设立是思想库良性发展的有效保障。

The Chinese Science and Technology Think Tank provides the policy consuhation and important decision-making consultation for govern- ment and enterprise,which is beneficial to the people＇s livelihood, its ethical requirements should be extremely important. Science and Technology Think Tank＇s staff, Scholars＇ moral principles, moral requirement ,moral monitoring and moral education need to be considered; we should set up some special moral agency under the Think Tank to monitor the purity of scholarship , to safeguard the rights and interests of scholars; finally the practical system establishment is an effective guarantee for positive development of the Think Tank.
