语言经济学视角下的大学英语教育——一个微观经济学需求供给模型的分析

University English Language Education from the Perspective of Economics——Analysis of a Micro-economy Demand-supply Model

语言经济学侧重于从经济学意义研究语言行为和语言现象,而这种视角是传统语言学领域所缺乏的。本文为语言政策决策者和语言教育工作者提供了微观经济学最基础的产品市场需求供给模型的分析框架,有助于在更宏观的经济学维度理解、探讨大学英语教育,以及现实发生的语言问题(即"大学英语语言产品市场"的"大学英语语言教育产品"的供给需求问题),并据此进行决策,从事语言教育和科研工作。

Economics of language focuses on doing research into language behavior and language phenomena from the perspective of economics. However this perspective is scarce in the traditional linguistic research field. This paper offers language policy makers and language teachers a fundamental micro-economy demand-supply analysis framework,which is beneficial to probe into English teaching,solve some language problems in universities( namely the demand-supply issue about English-language education product in the university market),as well as to do language teaching and research work.
