摘要
以醇胺、[bmim][BF4]、H2O的混合液作为CO2吸收液,利用建立的CO2吸收-解吸实验装置,考察了此吸收液连续捕捉CO2的性能。结果表明:相对于离子液体,此吸收液具有吸收效率高、黏度低的优点;相对于醇胺水溶液,此吸收液的醇胺流失量少,解吸所需能耗低。实验结果表明此吸收液具有很好的工业应用前景。
Alkanolamines, [-bmim] [BF4] and water were mixed as a novel co-capture agent in this study. The performance of the co-capture agent was tested in a CO2 capture lab-scale-plant with 15 d of operation time. The absorbents exhibited higher COe removal efficiencies and lower viscosities than those of the pure ionic liquids. Compared with MEA (Monoethanolamine) solutions, the co-capture agent showed a low amine loss and reduced energy consumption for CO2 desorption. The experimental results indicate great potentials of the co-capture agents in the field of CO2 capture in industry.
