Tolypocladium sinense ZN 923 strain could produce Ciclosporin when cultured by fermentation in the liquid medium. Using the method of drug tolerant breeding, a positive mutation strain whose yield of Ciclosporin increased by 40%～125% was obtained by ultraviolet light mutagenization.
