摘要
针对弹药侵彻过程中的安全性问题,分析了弹体在侵彻靶板过程中炸药装药的动态特性和受力特点,得出了炸药侵彻过载条件下的点火机制;指出了单层靶侵彻时冲击波点火可能不是影响侵彻安定性的主要因素,但是其对弹体内部炸药装药有一定的损伤;多层靶侵彻时,由于炸药预损伤的存在,冲击波点火可能成为影响多层靶侵彻安定性不可忽视的因素。
With the explosive charge unsafety caused by high-speed penetration, this paper analyses the action characteristic of initiation mechanism when the warhead to monolayer and multi-layer target. The re-sults indicate that shock initiation may not be the dominating factor affecting security during penetration, but there are damages to explosive charge in projectile. As a result of the damages, shock initiation is the unneglected factor probability when the explosive charge suffers multi-layer target penetration.
