摘要
用不同浓度的Ca(NO3) 2 溶液瓶插月季 (RosachinensisJacq .)切花 ,依据瓶插寿命和外观品质得知以浓度为 0 1g/L的Ca(NO3) 2 瓶插液效果最佳 .观测于此浓度Ca(NO3) 2 处理液中瓶插的月季切花的有关外观形态品质和生理生化指标 ,结果表明 :与对照 (蒸馏水 )相比 ,Ca(NO3) 2 处理可使月季切花花技硬挺、蓝变时间延迟 ,观赏期延长 2d ;此外 ,该处理还具有保持月季花枝鲜重、延迟花瓣质膜相对透性增加。
In whole cut flowers of rose ( Rosa chinensis Jacq. cv. Bellamie), 0.1 g/L Ca(NO 3) 2 treatment markedly delayed shrivel of petals and wither of flowers. The treated flowers stayed turgid and the vase-holding life was two days longer compared with untreated flowers. Further studies showed that Ca(NO 3) 2 treatment could increase the fresh weight of cut flowers. Relative permeability of petal plasma membrane, which is a reliable indicator of petal membrane senescence, was retarded in Ca(NO 3) 2 treated flowers. Ca(NO 3) 2 treatment also increased the content of soluble protein and stabilized the level of reducing sugar in petals.
