摘要
对现有各类乘用车分类标准进行了研究,分析了现有标准的不足,阐述了基于顾客需求以功能差异为依据将乘用车分为四大类,并在四大类基础上利用车型和价格进行进一步细分的分类标准;实现了建立一个将顾客需求与产品特征相结合,企业战略与中国乘用车市场发展紧密衔接的细分标准的目的。
In this paper, the existing types of passenger classification criteria and the deficiencies of the existing standards are analyzed. Based on customer needs passenger cars are divided into four categories according to the functional differences. On the basis of four categories they are further subdivided classifi-cation criteria with the use of models and prices to achieve the aim of establishing a subdivision standard which is combined with customer needs and product features, combined with corporate strategy and devel-opment of the Chinese passenger car market.
