摘要
为了加强对士官成长和发展的精确化、科学化、规范化管理,提高士官队伍建设质量,设计了从一名义务兵成长为一级军士长全过程的职业规划,从扎实搞好技能教育培训、坚持严格的考核与淘汰制度和建立院校、部队联合育人制度三个方面提出了士官成长路线图实施的必要措施.
To strengthen the precise, scientific and standard management of non-commissioned officers' growth and development, and improve the construction quality of NCO ranks, this article focuses on designing the career planning for the overall growing process from a compulsory serviceman to chief master sergeant, and presenting the necessary measures for the implementation of the NCO' s growth route map, in terms of such three aspects as strengthening the skill education and training steadily, sticking to the strict evaluation and elimination system and setting up the joint education system of the academy andn units.
