摘要
结合一起超声波检测案例,介绍了超声波局部放电的检测与分析方法。首先对缺陷设备外壳进行网格划分,在每个网格处填入超声波信号有效值,初步确定缺陷位置;再结合特高频测量结果、SF6气体成分检测结果、超声波信号特征信息和设备的内部结构,最终确定缺陷的具体位置。
Aiming at a case of ultrasonic wave test, the paper introduces ultrasonic wave PD detection and the analysis method. First of all, grid division is adopted on the crust of the faulty device, and then the effec- tive value of ultrasonic wave is filled in the grid to determine the fault location initially; besides, by combin- ing the result of UHF measurement, result of SF6 composition detection, ultrasonic signal characteristic infor- mation and internal structure of the device, the fault is specifically localized at the very end.
