科研项目档案是高校科研活动的真实记录,是反映高校软实力的表现载体。信息时代科研档案的载体和形式不断更新,档案保管成本日益提高。转变档案的传统管理模式,确保科研项目档案齐全完整,挖掘其信息利用价值,加快档案信息化、网络化管理水平,是提高科研项目档案管理效益的主要途径。
As a real record of scientific research in colleges and universities,full and complete archives on scientific research project reflect their soft power.With the continuous renewal of carriers and forms of archives in information era,preservation and management cost is increasing.Thus it is necessary to improve informatization,networked management skill and change traditional management mode to improve management efficiency of archives on scientific research projects in colleges and universities.
