民族地区社会组织发展农村经济的实证分析——以广西那坡和平村养殖协会为例

An Empirical Analysis of Non-Government Organizations in Rural Economic Development: Taking Breeding Associations in Heping Village, Napo County as Example

创新社会管理是当前我国社会发展的热点,也是众多学者关注的焦点。民族地区农村由于地理与历史等综合因素,经济发展相对滞后。充分发挥民族地区基层社会组织的自治力量,转变经济发展方式,促进农民增收是我国农村发展的必然趋势。广西那坡和平养殖协会以"党委+协会+农户"的运行机制开展"五统一"活动,大力发展了地方经济,推动了农村社会的和谐稳定发展。同时,也在参与发展农村经济中获得了基层社会再组织化、与基层政府合作互动、相关群体利益协调等宝贵经验,为民族地区社会组织参与社会村庄建设与治理提供了可行路径。

At present, innovative social management is not only a hot issue in the social development of our country, but also the focus of attention of many scholars. Due to a combination of geographical and historical factors, economic development in rural ethnic areas is lagging behind. It is the inevitable trend of ethnic areas to develop the rural economy by giving full play to the autonomous power of grassroots social organizations, transforming economic development mode, and increasing farmers＇ income. The breeding associations of Heping Village, Napo County have employed the Party committee-association-farmer mechanism and ＂5-in-l＂ organization and greatly developed the local economy, social harmony and social stability. At the same time, they have also gained valuable experiences from grass-root social reorganization, cooperation and interaction with local governments, and coordination of interest groups in their participating in the development of the rural economy. This has provided a feasible approach to social organization participation and village construction and management in ethnic rural areas.
