高校学生思想政治教育实效性问题的探索与研究

Investigating the Effectiveness of College Students' Ideological and Political Education

思想政治教育的实效性就是在一定的社会条件和历史条件下,通过开展思想政治教育这一实践活动,对社会发展或对受教育者所产生的积极意义。思想政治教育的实效性主要表现在内在实效部分和外在实效部分。受教育主体、学生自身、教育环境三方面的影响,目前高校思想政治教育的实效性不强。为此,今后必须重视思想政治理论课的地位和作用,重视思想政治教育工作者专业素养的提升,注意营造良好的思想政治教育环境。

Effectiveness of ideological pohtical education refers to active significance for social development and the educated people, which is achieved in the practice of ideological and political education under certain social and historical conditions. It has two aspects： internal effectiveness and external effectiveness. Because it is affected by educational subjects, students, and educational environment, effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is inadequate. Therefore, we have to attach more attention to the position and function of the ideological and political education teaching in an attempt to promote professional attainments of the teaching staff and build a healthy educational environment.
