摘要
教师教育一体化是我国教师教育今后发展的必然趋势。当前我国教师教育一体化主要存在着体制机制创新不足、教学内容结合不紧、教育资源整合不够等三方面的缺失。推动教师教育一体化,建设一体化的教师教育师资队伍是前提保障,建构一体化的课程体系是重点,建立一体化教师个性发展模式是关键。
This paper analyzes the connotation of the integrative teacher education and states in detail its three shortcomings, which includes the shortage of system and mechanism innovation, the imperfect correlations of contents, and the insufficiency of educational resource integration. Based on the above discussion, the article puts forward three solutions to the promotion of the integration of the teacher education: to integrate the teaching staffs as the ensurance, to construct integrative courses as the priority, and to set up integrative personalized teacher developing pattern as the cru- cial point.
