高校师范类思想政治教育专业教学改革刍议

On the Teaching Reform of Ideological and Political Education Specialty in Teachers' Colleges

高校师范类思想政治教育专业虽有三十年的办学历史,但由于社会对该专业认知认可度依然较低,毕业生就业形势严峻,以及高师院校办学模式的异化等因素的客观存在,严重影响到该专业的教育教学。高校师范类思想政治教育专业要在坚持提高人才培养质量的基础上,顺应社会对人才的需求,必须调整人才培养目标,创新人才培养模式,改变课程设置,革新教学方法,不断深化专业教学改革。

Although with a history of thirty years, the development of teaching in ideological and political education specialty in normal colleges and universities has been greatly impacted by the ob- jective existence of such factors as low acceptance of the specialty by the society, the severe employ- ment situation and the alienation of the school-running patterns of normal colleges and universities. To deal with the critical situation, the educators and the leaders in the ideological and political edu- cation specialty in normal colleges and universities should do as follows： adapt to the requirements of talents of the society, basing on adherence to the elevation of quality of talents cultivation; make adjustments on the goal of talents cultivation; reform the curriculum arrangement; innovate teach- ing methods; deepen the teaching reform of the specialty constantly.
