摘要
在学科教学中渗透德育是中小学德育的主要阵地,因此教师的学科德育能力便十分重要。教师的德育能力究竟应该包括哪些知识和技能?本研究将教师的德育能力结构分为通用德育能力,主题德育能力和学科德育能力三个层次,以此建构学校教师德育能力的培训课程体系。
Teachers' competence to filter moral education into subject teaching is important as the latter is the main medium for moral education. What knowledge and abilities should teacher possess to fulfill this task? This research has constructed a model of teachers' competence of filtering moral education in subject teaching which is made up of three part: general competence of moral educa- tion, moral education competence through theme study, moral education through subject teaching.
