The experimental teaching is an organic part of teaching system of economics and man- agement disciplines, and management laboratory is an important base of cultivating high-quality professional talent of economic management class. In order to make the organic combination of ex- perimental teaching and theory teaching, and provide service for talent of education high quality e- conomic management class, we should change experimental teaching idea, broaden the horizon of experimental teaching, adopt multidimensional teaching methods, perfect experimental teaching system, establish innovative laboratory, and build perfect talent incentive and the cultivation mech- anism.
