摘要
利用F-2500FL Spectrophotometer荧光分光光度计测定了不同浓度下二苯乙烯三嗪型荧光增白剂(VBL)溶液体系的吸收光谱,分析了吸收光谱特性随荧光增白剂溶液体系浓度的变化规律,得到了吸收谱峰值Imax(或吸收谱峰值的对数Log(Imax))及吸收谱起始波长Sλ两组新的反映荧光增白剂溶液体系浓度的敏感参量,并给出了利用该敏感参量进行荧光增白剂溶液体系浓度的检测方法。
The absorption spectrum have been determined for different concentrations of Stilbene-tria- zinc type fluorescent whitening agents(VBL) using F-2500 FL spectrophotometer spectrometer, the absorption spectrum changes with fluorescent whitening agent solution concentration, the peak value on absorption spectrum Imax (or the logarithmic value of peak value on absorption spectrum Log(Imax)) and the start wavelength on absorption spectrum Sx, these two sensitive parameters for detecting the fluorescent whitening agent solution concentration have been obtained, and the method for detection the solution concentration of Stilbene-triazine type fluorescent whitening agent using spectrum were given out.
