微咸水滴灌定额及施肥措施对土壤酶活性的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Different Fertilization Modes and Drip Irrigation Quotas with Brackish Water on Enzyme Activities at Jujube Root Zone

摘要 基于大田微咸水滴灌试验,研究了不同施肥措施及微咸水滴灌定额对红枣根区土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明,土壤蛋白酶活性受施肥措施和微咸水滴灌定额的影响较小,但枣树不同生育阶段间根区土壤蛋白酶活性差异性较大。不同施肥措施和微咸水滴灌定额对土壤蔗糖酶活性产生影响的差异极显著。单施NPK肥对于土壤脲酶活性的提高效果最明显,NPK同有机肥混施次之,单施有机肥最小。NPK同有机肥混施后枣树根区土壤过氧化氢酶活性最高,其次为单施NPK肥,单施有机肥最小。微咸水滴灌定额对土壤脲酶活性和土壤过氧化氢酶活性影响的差异均不显著。 Field experiments under drip irrigation with brackish water were conducted to study the effect of different fertilization modes and drip irrigation quotas with brackish water on soil enzyme activities at ju- jube root zones. The results showed that the effect of fertilization mode and irrigation quota with brackish water on soil protease activity was little, but the differences of soil protease activity at root zones among different growth stages of jujube were greater. The effects of different fertilizer measures and irrigation quota with brackish water on soil invertase activity were greatly significantly different. Single application of NPK fertilizer could improve soil urease activity most obviously, followed by NPK mixed with organic fertilizer, and single organic fertilizer was the smallest. Soil catalase activity at the root zone of jujube tree was the highest with the application of NPK mixed with organic fertilizer, followed by the single applica- tion of NPK fertilizer, and organic fertilizer had minimum value. Drip irrigation quota with brackish water did not have significant effects on soil catalase activity and soil urease activity.
