受周围环境影响的渠道衬砌板胀缩研究 被引量:4

摘要 为弥补经验公式计算混凝土收缩量的不足,以预制衬砌板为研究对象,基于热传导方程和扩散方程,结合预制渠道板实际相应的第三类边值条件,分别推导出渠道形变受环境温度和湿度影响的具体公式,定量分析混凝土收缩量。结果表明,渠道的应力应变值随着环境温度、湿度差值的增大而增大,环境影响下渠道板总收缩量为温度和湿度影响下产生的冷缩和干缩量之和。 In order to make up the insufficiency of concrete shrinkage estimated by empirical formula, the mechanism of channel lining plate swell-shrink was studied. With precast lining plate as the object , based on the heat conduction equations and diffusion equations, combining with channels corresponding boundary conditions, the specific channels deformed formulae affected by the ambient temperature and humidity were deduced respectively. Concrete shrinkage was analyzed quantitatively according to the deformed formulae, and the mechanism of expansion and contraction affected by environment was gained. The results showed that stress-strain value increased with the increase of the differences of environmental temperature and hu- midity. Total shrinkage was the sum of cold and dry shrankage caused by the temperature and humidity.
