Construct the Aesthetic Medical Whole Discipline under the Guidance of “Holism”

早在20世纪80年代初,一些医学专家提出世界医学模式正在发生变化,即由近代"生物医学模式"向现代"生物—心理—社会医学模式"转变,并得到世界卫生组织的认同。现代医学模式的转变导致了医学思维方法的变革,催生了美容医学等新兴医学学科的形成和发展。本文认为,新世纪的医学家及广大医务工作者的历史责任在于:尽最大的努力实现现代医学模式的转变,并将上世纪的这一理论成果转换为更加深广的医学实践。同时,提示美容医学工作者们,努力运用"整体思维"来建设学科,以完成时代赋予的历史使命。

At the beginning of 1980s, some medical scholars mentioned that world medical model is changing： changed from biological medial model to biology - psychology - social medicine model, which have received the common consensus by WHO. Basic on clarification of the concept of medical model change which leads the innova- tion of medical thinking, some new medical disciplines like aesthetic medicine was born under the historical condi- tions of modern medical model changes. The historical duty of the doctors in new era should try the best to realize the changes of modern medical model and transfer the theory of last century into medical practice. Meantime, sug- gest the aesthetic medical practitioners should finish the historical tasks with holism to construct the discipline.
