基于3G网络的道路交通远程实时监控系统研究

摘要 传统的道路交通视频监控一般布线复杂、灵活性低、硬件要求高、网络带宽限制等缺点。为了解决这一问题,该文提出以3G网络传输模块为基础,高清摄像头和3G无线视频服务器进行数据采集后,将分布在各个路口交通状况数据信息通过3G模块EM770W和Internet网络实时传输到远程监控中心。交通指挥中心可以实时查看道路车辆运行状况,根据现场实际情况及时地对道路车流量及交通信号灯智能化管理。实验表明该系统具有良好的实时性和灵活性,能够满足道路交通随时随地监控需求。 The traditional road traffic monitoring system exists the difficulty of installation, hardware requirements, network bandwidth limitations and other shortcomings. To solve this proposes high -definition camera and 3G wireless video server data acquisition based on 3G module, will be distributed the state of each intersection traffic data and information through low flexibility, high problem, this paper network transmission the Internet network 3G module EM770W real -time transmitted to the remote monitoring center. Traffic Control Center can viewreal'- time road vehicle conditions, manage the road traffic and traffic lights intelligent, according to site actual condi- tions. Experiments show that the system has good real - time performance and flexibility to meet the needs of road traffic monitor anywhere.
