肩负手摇式水稻施肥机的设计

摘要 为了提高水稻施肥效率,设计了一种适合我国南方丘陵山区作业的人力手摇施肥器。该机主要由肥料箱、传动齿轮、档位调节板、摇把、离心撒料盘等部件组成,具有工作可靠、操作简便及价格低廉等特点。施肥试验表明:当手摇转速113r/min,行走速度0.2 m/s时,手摇扭力小于25N,作业幅宽12 m,工作效率0.7 hm2/h,施肥效果良好,满足水稻施肥农艺的技术要求。 A hand cranking shouldered rise fertilizer distributor is designed to improve the efficiency oI rape fertiliz- er distribution, especially for the work in the hilly and mountain area in south china. The facility is composed of fertilizer can, transmission gear, adjusting gear, crank and centrifugal spreading plate, the fertilization experiment shows that the torsion is less than 25N, its operation width is wider than 12 rn and the efficient can get to O. 7 hm2/h when the device is cranked at ll3r/min, walking at a speed of 0. 2 m/s. It also has many technological merits such as features easy and reliable -operation, as well as its low price. It works well and can satisfy the re- quirements of the agronomic rice fertilization.
