异形活塞的视图表达及其三维建模

摘要 针对发动机异形活塞视图表达不清晰,造成三维建模困难的问题,以某汽油机活塞为例,在分析其顶部结构原理的基础上,研究了基于轨迹线的二维视图表达方案,最后以Pro/ENGINEER三维造型软件为平台,对异形活塞顶部进行三维建模,验证了该视图表达方案的有效性。方案的通用性和实用性较好,可以借鉴并应用于活塞其余异形部分的视图表达和三维建模。 It is difficult to 3 D modeling because of the unclear view expression for special - shaped engine piston. To overcome this problem, this paper takes one kind of gasoline engine piston as an example and researches into the trajectory of 2D view expression base on the principle of top structure analysis. With the Pro/ENGINEER software as the platform, the 3D modeling on the top of special - shaped piston shows the effectiveness of the 2D view ex- pression method. The method can be used for reference and applied to the rest special - shaped parts of piston be- cause it has the characteristics of generality and practicability.
