摘要
山西电力数据通信网是山西省电力公司信息通信业务的网络承载平台,是数据业务正常传输的重要保障。为了加快建设统一坚强智能电网,提高电力通信系统的可靠性和稳定性,文章结合落实"十二五"通信网规划,对山西省电力公司数据通信网网络结构、通道组织、设备配置等现状进行了分析,对数据通信网系统进行了容灾设计,构建了双汇聚、双上联的高可靠网络容灾体系架构。最终实现了主调发生各类事故、自然灾害和社会突发事件发生时,数据通信网路由能够无隙切换至备调,不影响所承载的业务。
As a hosting platform of information communication businesses in Shanxi Electric Power Company, Shanxi electric power data communication network ensures data businesses stable transmission well. In order to accelerate the construction of a unified strong smart grid and improve the reliability and the stability of power communication systems, combining with the "Twelfth Five-Year" communications network planning, this paper analyzes the situations of data communication network from aspects of network architecture, channel organization and device configuration, and designs a disaster recovery system with the high reliable architecture of double aggregation and dual uplink. The system can ensure the seamless transfer of data communication network route from master to slave with no impact on businesses under the cases of various types of accidents in master, natural disasters and social emergencies.
