摘要 近几年变电站内OPGW导引光缆受外力破坏导致的业务中断故障频发,为从根本上杜绝该现象,消除其在运行中普遍存在的隐患,研究了一套"三防"—防进水、防挖断、防业务中断的保护措施:在导引光缆引下钢管处研制防进水结冰装置、地埋段建造导引光缆专用沟道或安装警示标识牌、优化设计导引光缆敷设路由。为全国电网范围内减少或杜绝此类故障提供了示范价值和借鉴意义。 In recent years, the accidents of the OPGW guide cable caused by external damages happen frequently. It is a great risk for the safe operation of the communication system. To avoid these disasters, the paper aims to propose some protection strategies of anti-water, anti-damage and anti-out of service. These strategies includes: to develop an anti-freezing devices for the guild cable's steel tube, to build a particular groove and to optimize the laying route for the guild cable. It will provide a good reference for dealing with the similar faults in nation-wide power girds.
