摘要
工程造价是工程项目管理中一个重要组成部分,笔者从就设计阶段和建设阶段粗略分析造价失控的原因并提出相应的解决方案。
General planning is the main component in the engineering project. The particle analyzes the reason of the engineering cost uncontrolled based on the design process and construction process and comes up with the rela- tive strategies.
