摘要
以山西省乡宁县鄂河河道治理工程为背景,论述了城市河流综合治理所采取的措施。重点对鄂河河道治理工程的实施所产生的生态、社会效益和工程资金筹措进行了分析,形成了人—城市—环境相协调的生态发展环境。
This paper based on the background of E River govern project of Xiangning County of Shanxi province, discuss- es the city river comprehensive management measures. Focus on the analysis of the ecological ,social benefits and the fi- nancing by the implementation of the govern project of the river,formed a human-city-environmental coordinated develop- menting ecological environment.
