摘要 拉臂钩机构是车厢可卸式垃圾自动装卸车常用的工作装置,文章提出了对该机构工作装置整体全工况高效有限元分析实施办法.为提高计算效率,将模拟分两个过程进行,首先建立参数化二维简化有限元模型,用于获得装厢及卸厢操作全过程中拉臂钩对厢体的拉力以及垃圾厢支撑滚轮对厢体的支撑力随位置变化函数,然后将其施加到随后进行的工作装置整体三维有限元结构分析模型,以获得工作装置全工况详细应力变化.通过和现场应力测试结果对比,验证了所开发模型模拟结果的正确性. Hook-lift device is a widely used loading mechanism to load the detachable compartment on- to the refuse collection vehicle. Efficient strategy for finite element simulation of the entire loading process of the hook-lift device has been proposed and implemented in this paper. To improve the computational efficiency, the simulation process has been implemented in two steps. In the first step,a simplified two-dimen- sional finite element model was carried out to obtain the variation function of the pulling force between the lifting hook and the rubbish container, and the variation function of the supporting contact force between the rear supporting wheels on the vehicle and the bottom supporting rail at the bottom of the refuse container. The derived two force variation functions were subsequently applied to the full three-dimensional fi- nite element model of the hook-lift device to obtain the detailed stress variations during the entire working process. The numerical results predicted using the model developed were found to be in good agreement with the experiments.
