摘要 采用阳极氧化的方法在钛基体上得到TiO2纳米管,通过氧化铜的掺杂对其进行改性.基于其光催化氧化机理,结合分光光度法,建立CuO/TiO2-K2Cr2O7协同光催化氧化体系,用以简便测定水样的COD值.研究结果表明:电沉积时间200s、煅烧温度450℃、K2Cr2O7初始物质的量浓度0.02mol/L、pH1、反应温度60℃、反应时间15min为最佳实验条件;COD在10~300mg/L范围内与吸光度变化值呈较好的线形关系,其用于实际水样的测定效果良好,相对误差在5%以内. A nano TiO2 film was fabricated on the surface of titanium substrate by anodic oxidation, and then was modified by CuO to improve its performance. Based on the photocatalytic mechanism,a CuO/ TiO2-K2Cr2O7 synergetic photocatalytic oxidation system was developed to realize simple and convenient detection of COD. Under the optimized conditions of deposition time of 200 s, calcination temperature of 450 ℃, initial concentration of Cr(Ⅵ) 0.02 mol/L,pH-1, reaction temperature of 60 ℃, reaction time of 15 min, the absorbance of the solution can respond linearly to COD value in the range of 10-300 mg/L. The relative standard deviations were less than 5% when applied to detection of real water samples,show- ing the satisfactory feasibility.
