促进战略性新兴产业发展的微观财政政策作用二重性在理论界探讨得很少,因此很难有针对性的提出相应建议。本文首先界定了战略性新兴产业以及微观财政政策两个范畴,然后分析了微观财政政策促进战略性新兴产业发展的必要性以及局限性,最后提出了微观财政政策促进战略性新兴产业发展的几点建议,即应与市场机制运行规律相适应、与产业发展规律相适应、与法律法规的日趋完善相适应。
