北京城市水土保持技术研究——以大兴区开发建设项目为例

Study on the technology of urban water and soil conservation in Beijing——Taking construction project in the Daxing district as an example

结合开发建设项目,分析了城市区域开发建设项目土壤流失强度大、雨季影响显著、累积效应明显的特点,并就防护措施,强调了表土剥离、雨水蓄积利用和临时堆土防护的重要性。明确了城市开发建设项目水土保持监督管理的特点和过程。就目前北京市开发建设项目水土保持方案编制、监督管理存在的问题进行了讨论,以其促进城市水土保持的可持续发展。

Based on the construction projects, the paper analyzed the main characteristics of soil erosion which were always significantly affected by concentrated rainfall and with the accumulative effect. The importance of topsoil stripping, rainwater accumulation and utilization and protection of the temporary soil pileup had been emphasized in water and soil conservation in urban areas. The characteristics of supervision and management in soil and water conservation of construction projects were analyzed. In order to promote the sustainable development of urban soil and water conservation, the problems of existing plan, supervision and management policies which were closely related to the urban soil and water conservation in Beijing area were discussed.
