胸主动脉夹层合并腹主动脉夹层动脉瘤的介入治疗 被引量:1

摘要 主动脉夹层(Aortic dissection,AD)是指主动脉壁的中层弹力纤维与平滑肌变性,在血流动力学变化影响下出现裂缝,强大的血液冲击局部撕裂的内膜而进入主动脉中膜,使中膜沿主动脉长轴方向分离并扩展,形成主动脉壁二层分离状态,是一种不常见但具有潜在灾难性的疾病。
