胸主动脉夹层合并腹主动脉夹层动脉瘤的介入治疗

摘要
主动脉夹层（Aortic dissection，AD）是指主动脉壁的中层弹力纤维与平滑肌变性，在血流动力学变化影响下出现裂缝，强大的血液冲击局部撕裂的内膜而进入主动脉中膜，使中膜沿主动脉长轴方向分离并扩展，形成主动脉壁二层分离状态，是一种不常见但具有潜在灾难性的疾病。
